Cin Chili Cream Corn Recipe
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 1⁄2 cup Velvetta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cin Chili Mix
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup chopped bell pepper
- Small jar pimentos (4 oz.)
Mix all ingredients together in a medium size sauce pan. Simmer on medium heat. Stir often until cheese melts. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
